Life has brought Tarisa leadership roles in the corporate world, success as a small business owner and in her coaching practice. She has a beautiful family with 4 children. An avid practitioner of Kundalini Yoga and Tai Chi, she also has an intense interest in spirituality, metaphysics, health, wellness, and nutrition.
